We are thrilled to be working with the William Chris Wine Co. team again to celebrate the opening of their newest venture, Uplift Vineyard, for a wine-pairing dinner like no other!
Uplift showcases its unique grape-growing region through site-driven single-varietal wines and classic blends made by using low-intervention techniques. For each vintage, they will only use the top 10% of all grapes the property produces.
Expect a four-course culinary delight from Chef Henry Gutkin paired with wines from their vineyards, including featured wines not yet offered for purchase through Uplift, but will be available to take home at this dinner!
This experience will take place on our beautiful, relaxing Veranda, where winemaker Claire Richardsons will be in attendance to answer questions about her techniques and share Uplift’s mission.
