The Fredericksburg Police Department Foundation Fund operates under an agreement with the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country, a 501(c) (3) public charitable foundation. The fund is designed to provide financial support to the Fredericksburg Police Department for projects and initiatives that are not covered by their regular budget including officer housing, equipment, and training or education.
