39th Annual Oktoberfest 2019

Oompah at its best!  Celebrate Fredericksburg’s German heritage with food and drink, dance contests, music on four stages all weekend, artisans, Kinderpark, souvenirs and more!  Fun for the whole family! OkTUBAfest on Friday; Kraut Run, Hauptstrasse Chicken Dance, Histriker Competitions, Samuel Adams Beer Stein Hoist on Saturday; Beer & Hymns, 42 domino tournament and Lederhosen Contest on Sunday. Fri 6 pm to midnight; Sat 10 am to midnight; Sun 11 am to 6 pm.  Advance tickets available online until September 21 and tickets will be available at the gate.  $8 adults; $1 kids ages 7 – 12; kids 6 and under are free.  Two and three day passes also available.

Back for a 4th year, the Fredericksburg Oktoberfest Park & Ride offers convenient parking for the 39^th Annual Oktoberfest by providing festival-goers with all-day park and ride access. Park at the Gillespie County Fairgrounds at 530 Fair Drive, receive your wristband, hop on the bus, enjoy the ride and hop off at Marktplatz for hassle-free Oktoberfest fun. Buses leave every 30 minutes. Park & Ride tickets are $5 per person per day, while children 8 and under ride free. Park & Ride tickets are available for advance purchase through October 3, 2019, and will also be available at the Fairgrounds parking location during the festival.
