We are located at 228 West Main Street in Downtown Fredericksburg, Texas, next door to West End Pizza and across the street from Chocolat. We are one block West of Marketplatz, nestled in between wonderful Art Galleries and among many great dining and live music venues. Head West, past Marketplatz in the center of town, and join us in celebrating Texas Wine, Texas Beer, and Texas Live Music Today! Western Edge Cellars offers a selection of great Texas Wines, Premium Craft Beer on Tap, and amazing Live Music in a warm and comfortable, Hill Country Friendly, environment. We have recently added a handful of “don’t hate me because I’m not from Texas” Wines as well as a Food Menu. We offer a variety of tasty treats for our customers including Cadillac Jack Baked Meatballs, Cowboy Queso, Salads, Tacos and Bowls, Sandwiches, Wraps, Pizza and delicious Entrees. We are open for lunch and dinner starting at 11am daily. We offer dine in, to-go orders and delivery in town. Come join us the third Monday of every month in 2017 for the Western Edge Concert Series private music event. Tickets are being sold on our website and by phone at 830.456.1883. Seats are limited and the events are by reservation only. This promises to be a great series of music events with intimate performances by some great Texas singer / songwriters.
