We offer five guest rooms to choose from, where you can escape for a romantic getaway or a fun weekend vacation with family or friends. Each of the rooms and suites at Magnolia House B&B are spotless and well appointed with high quality linens, fluffy towels, signature toiletries and luxurious spa robes. All are furnished with ultimate comfort in mind. We offer 2 Suites and 3 Guest Rooms. Our spacious suites have separate sitting areas with fireplaces and private entrances. Our guest rooms are relaxing and tastefully decorated with private baths, with tub and shower. Several rooms have antique soaking tubs where you can unwind after a busy day. Magnolia House is known for our fabulous gourmet breakfasts prepared from scratch with fresh, local ingredients. An elegant table set with fine linens and china awaits you each morning in our dining room. Breakfast begins with juice, coffee or tea, and a beautiful plate of fresh fruit accompanied by a homemade breakfast treat: a cinnamon apple coffeecake or perhaps some orange cranberry scones. Our entrees may be a luscious sausage and egg casserole with sundried tomatoes, or baked eggs with herbed goat cheese or maybe even Italian scrambled eggs with prosciutto, mozzarella, and fresh herbs. Accompanying the eggs will be another delicious treat… French toast with warm peach compote, or banana raisin oatmeal pancakes, we often serve waffles with warm berry syrup. Our entrees always have a side of breakfast sausage, ham, or bacon. Breakfast at the Magnolia House in Fredericksburg is an experience you won’t soon forget. It’s the perfect way to start your day.
