Amazing two bedroom, two bath cottage located just 3 blocks from Main Street! Completely updated, this incredible home is the perfect fit whether you are here for work or play! From the open and airy living room with windows all around to the dining room and full kitchen, gleaming hardwood floors flow through out and the splash of area rugs give a comfy I'm at home feeling. The master suite lays claim to a Queen bed, updated French Provincial side tables, chest and is completed by an en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom, welcomes you with Scandinavian modern pieces and King bed, as well as a hall bath with a skylight window over the tub/shower combo.
Take a walk to Main Streets shopping, restaurants and wine tasting, then come on back to Peach Haus to finish off a perfect day on the patio where you will find conversation seating around the gas fire pit to sip your favorite wine, and top it all off with a dip in the beautiful private hot tub! - If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
HOUSE RULES:
-Check in is 4pm
-Check out is 11am
-No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted
-No pets (There will be a $200 per pet fee incurred for undisclosed animals)
-Daily housekeeping is not provided
-Park in designated areas only
-Any request to alter or cancel your reservation must be submitted in writing 14 days or more prior to your arrival date
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
