A classy Main Street Retreat vacation suite, Great Escape is conveniently located just 6 blocks from downtown Main Street. The woodwork exudes Fredericksburg's refined artistry. Everything about this special place of yours caters to your every comfort, from the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, to its trademark his and hers vanities and designer linens and indulgent toiletries. Every piece of furniture in this beautiful nook of your own has an unspoken elegance to it which enhances the tranquil ambiance it beholds. Great Escape suite is your perfect retreat getaway.
HOUSE RULES:
-Check in is 4pm
-Check out is 11am
-No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted
-No pets (There will be a $200 per pet fee incurred for undisclosed animals)
-Daily housekeeping is not provided
-Park in designated areas only
-Any request to alter or cancel your reservation must be submitted in writing 14 days or more prior to your arrival date
-Please note there are multiple guest units on site. You will share walls but you will NOT share spaces. The Hot tub/Pool area is a shared space.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
