At 1693 Distillery we age our whiskey in the Hill Country. 

Our altitude is 1693 feet above surrounding cities, hence the name. This provides the perfect condition for maturing world class whiskey. While other Texan whiskeys are baked in the sun, we are blessed with the Hill Country conditions.
